Citizens – Through a process of public forums, information will be provided and opinions sought in determining the position that this community will take in negotiations with other communities

The culmination of this work will be a plan that the school board can vote on and submit to the Commissioner for her approval.  With her blessings it then would go to the community in a public referendum.  This can be done as late as November 4, 2008.
