The Fort Fairfield Hospital Guild has promoted and advanced the welfare of the local health care facility as it has evolved from the Community General Hospital to the Fort Fairfield Health Clinic.  The Guild provides this support through various fundraising events.

Achievements include:

• Purchasing a 10-passenger, handicap-equipped van
• Purchasing two big screen televisions for the recreation rooms
• Awarding several scholarships to local high school students
• Purchasing a covered deck
• Purchasing a variety of items such as: stereo system, floral arrangements, blood pressure monitors, crafts, fruit baskets, and books
