There will be a public hearing regarding the Tri-Community Recycling and Sanitary Landfill Interlocal Solid Waste Agreement during the regular Town Council Meeting on Wednesday, December 20th at 6:00 p.m., in the Town Council Chambers.

Stray Animal Fund

In an effort to utilize the community's limited resources in a more efficient manner, Fort Fairfield town management and the Fort Fairfield Town Council, has decided to provide its own care and placement for our stray animals. We are in hopes that volunteers and donations will be sufficient to cover costs. Your donation will help defray cost and allow the community to bring our strays to a local pet rescue facility. Please join us and volunteer your time or make a donation to the Stray Animal Fund. To do so, you can mail or drop off a check to: Stray Animal Fund, 18 Community Center Drive, Fort Fairfield, ME 04742. To make a secure donation online click on the Donate button below. The Town of Fort Fairfield is committed to providing for our stray animals in a loving and caring manner.
